Gulf stream

An exclusively residential and recreational town, with picturesque landscaping and lots of beach and waterfront, embedded between Ocean Ridge and Delray Beach. Gulf Stream is a one-of-a-kind private little nest and home to about 1,000 residents. In its early days known and beloved for its Polo and Golf grounds, the town derived its name from an early development, a Polo Ground of course, named after the property’s proximity to the warm Atlantic ocean current : Gulf Stream. This premier community holds a private school just a minute from the beach.

 Ocean Ridge

Ocean Ridge is a small pearl by the sea, tucked away on the most oceanward thrust of land next to Boynton Beach. It’s a point of local pride that most people even in Palm Beach County have no idea where it lies. The core of Ocean Ridge really lies on the main barrier island, but it also encompasses two inlet-side manmade islands, which makes for lots of waterfront properties in a very small town. Naturally, the town also offers active marinas, hosting fishing boats, pleasure boats, and personal watercraft.

Delray Beach

As a resident and neighbor of the Delray Beach community, Maximilian understands the importance of driving value to our beautiful “Village by the Sea” better than anyone else. As your neighborhood expert, Maximilian welcomes a Pickleball match and a friendly chat about real estate any time!

Delray Beach is a vibrant city with a unique charm to it. It’s a laid-back, lively community packed with people who clearly love the lives they’re living. Stretching from its large beachfront right on Ocean Boulevard, with plenty of restaurants, surfer bars, sun-seekers, outdoor and fitness fanatics, over the Intracoastal Waterway, and through a vibrant and walkable downtown area East of I95, the West side of I95 has several top-notch Country & Golf Clubs to offer. At its core, Delray offers a laid-back and tropical lifestyle, the dress is casual, and the community is warm and always on the go.

Highland Beach

The Town of Highland Beach is nestled along the Atlantic Ocean and between the City of Delray Beach and the City of Boca Raton. Highland Beach is a residential community with luxury accommodations oceanfront and home to about 4,000 permanent residents. Life in this upscale enclave revolves around scenic drive A1A Highway and is known for its popularity among bicycle fans as well as its quiet and relaxing beaches.

Boca Raton

Boca, as locals call it, is a beautifully landscaped ocean front city with distinct Spanish-Mediterranean architecture. Addison Mizner and his grand vision of developing the city to the foremost resort city, laid the groundwork for its astonishing beauty today. Situated between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton not only has some of the best neighborhoods and schools to offer, but it also is home to a wide array of fine dine localities and clubs.

Hillsboro Beach & Lighthouse Point

Hillsboro Beach stretches from just south of Boca and Deerfield Beach to the Hillsboro Lighthouse. The town is almost exclusively residential with ~ 50 estates and few condominiums. Next to its beautiful ocean front, Hillsboro Beach is known for its attraction of sea turtles during nesting season.

The Hillsboro Lighthouse is namesake to the neighboring community Lighthouse Point, a luxurious and popular boating community with its own Yacht Club. This quiet neighborhood offers all the advantages of waterfront homes with deep water access, close beach proximity and quick access to Fort Lauderdale Downtown.
